- Prepare distinctive, colourful 'Digital' sales particulars describing the key features of your property, whilst keeping them informative and accurate. These are agreed by you before handing out or sending to interested buyers.
- Display your property in our local branch and, properties are passed electronically between Accent Properties branches, all of which are in High Street locations. · Place effective colour advertisements in selected newspapers and magazines.
- 'Upload' your digital colour property particulars to our internet web site. Giving you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year advertising worldwide.
Extensive mailing lists
But selling properties does not stop there. Most important of all is the use we make of our extensive list of potential buyers, contacting them direct, normally by telephone, and with full colour mailing letters.
Viewings
We know from experience that the more people who view the property, the more likely it is to agree a sale at the right price. For that reason, we will encourage as many people as possible to look at your home, providing we are satisfied they are genuine buyers. We will make all the necessary arrangements, at convenient times for you and, if required, accompany them on the viewing and report back to you accordingly
Offers
Every offer we receive will be passed on to you as soon as possible and confirmed in writing. The offers will be fully discussed with you and any negotiations carried out on your behalf. Once you have decided to accept an offer, we will then make sure that everything proceeds as smoothly as possible by communication with both solicitors involved (helping you find one if you wish), making sure that the mortgage arrangements are in place and keeping you informed of the progress.
